Sales Coordinator

Mayzon is a market leader in consumer products. Our products can be found online and in all major retail stores (such as Walmart, Target, Lowe’s and Home Depot) as well as Pro / MRO, builders and installer businesses and Hospitality. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us and help support the growth of our business as part of our Montreal office.

The ideal Sales Coordinator candidate is someone who is excited to learn about the business and to engage directly with buying team partners while working cross functionally with internal departments to assist in the growth of the business segment. Organization and ability to multi-task in this fast-paced business segment is critical for success.

Essential Functions and Abilities:

• Partner with omnichannel sales leads in developing and executing business plan for assigned

accounts

• Communicate with internal departments to help bring focus on key strategic objectives or

issues arising from your accounts.

• Serve as primary internal communication liaison between Customers and Sales to Operations,

Accounting, etc. regarding customer needs, requirements and preferences

• Responsible for weekly & monthly sales reports, sharing key insights and recommendations

which support business needs.

• Daily account maintenance for assigned accounts, including customer compliance,

shipping/order inquiries, information requests, customer database maintenance, etc.

• Support Sales team in operational functions, including supply chain, warehouse operations,

and inventory/forecast management.

• Leverage data and manage key metrics to provide insights and recommendations on

improving system efficiencies

• Be the in-house expert on assigned customers and their requirements and maintain

knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

• Respond to various day to day requests from top tier accounts

• Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory

demand

Education and Experience Profile:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related field

• Experience with retail industry a strong plus – specifically Walmart and/or Walmart.com

preferred

• Three years’ experience in sales operations/support highly preferred
